Plugged Drain in Ionia, Michigan

Posted in Plumbing on May 18, 2011 »

O’Mara Plumbing, Heating & Cooling recently helped an Ionia homeowner get their sewer drain flowing again.

The clogged drain had been getting worse since this past winter and local drain cleaners could not locate the exact source.

O’Mara’s videotaped the line using their state of the art sewer camera. The technicians determined the cause of the plugged drain was a broken pipe near the street. Using their locater system, they were able to find the exact location of the problem which saved the customer significant cost.

O’Mara technicians also water jetted the entire drain line to help prevent problems in the future. The water jetter can spray up to 3500 psi of water which cleans the pipe without damaging it.

O’Mara Plumbing, Heating & Cooling has cleaned and replaced hundreds of drain lines in the Ionia, Saranac, Portland and Lake Odessa area the past several years. Using new technology they have helped homeowners and business owners alike save significant money on resolving plugged drain projects.
